Password Reminder
When you signed up for the program, you created a password reminder question. When you correctly
answer this question, your password will be reset and emailed to the email address attached to
your account. To get your reminder question, you may enter the username you used when registering for the
program or your Member ID. If you have a membership card that has a 'Person ID' number on it, and you do not remember your Username, please use the helpform to contact the support team.
You only need to fill out one of the following fields.
If you cannot remember your Username, please enter your Person ID below.
This ID number can be found on the back of your Membership Card.
